Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the steps below before returning an item.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, email service@myseralix.com promptly. We can provide a full refund if the order has not entered production or shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may qualify for a return under this policy.

Returns

Request a return within 14 days after delivery by emailing us with your order number and reason for return. The item must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please wait for instructions and the correct return address; do not send an item to the company's registered address without authorization.

Customers generally pay return shipping for a change of mind or an exchange. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Refunds

After an authorized return arrives, we will inspect it and email you with the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 1–5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the funds. Original shipping costs are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
